Return and Refund Policy

RETURN:

We accept returns only for damaged/defective products. We have provided images as per product colors, there are possibilities of slight change in color. Returns for slight change in color or fabric feel will not be accepted.

We have a 2-day (48 Hours) return policy, which means you have 2 days (48 Hours), you can place a request within 48 hours after receiving your item. 

You will have to provide a video proof from opening the parcel till end, the damaged product must be clearly visible in the video.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@stitchvogue.com. Please note that returns will be taken back from your doorstep.

If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate return from our delivery partner. Items sent directly back to us without requesting first, items will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES:

We do not accept exchange of products.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used/Worn/Damaged products from your side will not be accepted as return, please inspect the product as soon as you receive, if possible please make a short video while opening the parcel so that if any damaged product you receive from our side we will be able to address the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
